Wendy Webb, Yoga Instructor

Wendy has been teaching yoga since 2005, and received a second certification in 2014 from Darren Rhodes.  


She is fascinated by the parallels between Asana and life off the mat. Wendy's love of studying alignment and anatomy is apparent in her teachings.  


Wendy is a homeschooling mama who misses the mountains, travels as much as her kids allow, and enjoys arm balances and tequila-though not together.

Class Description


Discover yoga in a safe and supportive setting. This class offers an ongoing exploration into the art and science of yoga. Wendy provides a highly attentive and supportive environment to discover what aspect of each pose your body needs.  An ideal class for beginners and students with minor injuries or physical limitations as well as ongoing students.

This class welcomes walk-ins, but preregistering is recommended to secure your spot. Use our equipment or bring your own. Studio doors open 20 minutes prior to class
